Reorganize the votes for application in Recruitement

Ok people, as you can see in the suggestion there is a idea by ajmin,where he decided to reorganize the votes of applies by using the "poll".

So, instead of saying "i vote yes","i vote no" etc. just using the poll of the apply.
Also you can make an aditional reply but you must stick to the point and is pointless to say i vote yes, as i said you can use the poll.

To complete the post it must have minimal or maximal votes:

4-5 ---> minimun votes
5-6---> maximum votes

So, when the poll is completed Dice, Ajmin, Fafy and me must calculate the percentage of votes of yes and no.

If the percentage of yes is high then the apply is accepted, but if the percentage of no is high then the apply is rejected.

So, the users must put in mind that must and should put a poll for the application.
