The matter of break rules should stop!

Now i'm really sick what is happen sometimes in forum!

I'm sorry to say but i need to use the serious matter (giving rule violations) and make severe punishments.

Because i saw some replies are really awful that need to be deleted.

I'm sorry Dice if this it was offended you but look at some replies.

I will be more serious than now.
