Need ideas to make forum look good.

I need some ideas to make our forum look better.
Here u can post styles,suggestions,logos etc etc etc

I am not good in making gif images so someone can make me a moving logo for saz (gif).

Well still my brain don't want to think at the moment but maybe i have some ideas:

-Change the interface of the webiste
-Put a group called "Banned users"
-Reputation point
-Additional rules (made by me in previous thread idea)

That i was i said, we must add a rule about that.

I think i have a rule in the previous idea thread,maybe.

Also a rule violation system would be good in my opinion.
