Okay, let's begin amigo.

Okay, for newbie must apply vip/trainee only. If he want be mod, must study with me.
It's not school study! it's just learn respected, good person, and not be rude.
So, if someone be mod must apply vip or trainer. And then find me ask me for study, and Class will begin. BUT! It's not just Mod, it's Mod -> S-Mod -> ADM -> H-ADM... So who agree my idea?
If you agree say "Agree" with green color, if you not said Not agree with Red color..
Okay just that it.. Lunch time........

Because this thread (especially the grade reank group) is similar to the thread that i post (now is moved to recruitement and made as sticky).

And to make a apply to be vice leader will be 100% rejected.

Why?

Because to be a Vice leader is depend to Dice and Ajmin.

Yes only those can be accepted.

Vice leader is strictly 100% rejected if someone make a apply like that and we have a guy that did and is rejected.

I see your intelectual to teach other people to respect the rules,each other and to not be rude but the thing that you failed in the point is some people will refuse you.

Indeed the rules are important things if someone want to keep his rank, but is hard for those who lack of experience at administration and such.

As for rudeness there always will be people who write bad words, insults each other and make harrasment to others in internet and in real life.

Also your ideas has lack of thinking and logical idealism.

But your structure of ideas is not bad at all, but you can make it better, more creative and intuitive.
