Problem with my vip

Hello there!
I have a problem with my vip.
Ajmin accepted my vip apply for citylife but when i want to click the VIP menu in the f3 it say:
You are not a VIP user. Ask a local admin to be come VIP.
But i'm not already a VIP?
Please ajmin, dice or others admins when i'm online in this server please fix that problem.
